JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Details Job Location Men Falls - Menomonee Falls,WI Position Type Full Time Job Shift 1st shift (M-F 7a-3:30p)Description JOB SUMMARY: Performs various assigned repetitive operationsto fabricate, form, and assemble sheet metal products pursuant tostandardized procedures and methodologies. ESSENTIAL DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES: Works from simple sketches and routings. Makes simplesetups on manual rolls, expanders, and planishers. Operates equipmentsuch as sandblasters, rolls, and hand grinders. Performs deburringoperations the majority of the time. Checks work for acceptance, usingbasic measuring equipment such as tape measures, verniers, and Pi tapes.Proceeds under direct supervision. In coordination with MaintenanceDepartment, performs preventive maintenance on sheet metal equipment.Demonstrates thorough knowledge of and conformity with Ace PrecisionQuality System work instruction requirements that govern sheet metaloperations. Maintains or exceeds production standards through efficientorganization and planning. Follows and complies with safety policies andprocedures. Accurately completes all required documentation. Meetsattendance policy requirements. Contributes to team effort by assistingin areas as needed. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Highschool diploma or general education degree (GED), with minimum threemonths related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination ofeducation and experience. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read English andunderstand sketches, routings, safety rules, operating and maintenanceinstructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate effectivelywith employees and other Company stakeholders. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:Requires the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide decimals andfractions.
