What You’ll Do:

• Lead Land Surveying Projects : Manage and execute surveys for a variety of residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.

• Team Leadership : Oversee and mentor a team of survey technicians, ensuring the efficient and accurate completion of projects.

• Client Interaction : Act as a primary point of contact for clients, offering technical expertise and high-quality service.

• Field & Office Work : Perform both field surveys and office tasks, ensuring data is accurately collected and processed.

• Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all surveying activities comply with state and local regulations and industry standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) License in South Carolina, or ability to obtain within 6 months.

• 5+ years of experience in land surveying, with a strong background in both field and office tasks.

• Proficiency with surveying software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar) and equipment.

• Leadership experience : Demonstrated ability to manage survey teams and coordinate projects effectively.

• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach to service delivery.
