• Lead high-profile land surveying projects including boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and construction staking surveys

• Utilize the latest technology and tools, such as total stations, GPS , and advanced survey software to perform field surveys

• Analyze, prepare, and review survey data ensuring accuracy and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

• Collaborate with a team of engineers, architects, and planners to ensure seamless project execution

• Prepare survey plats, maps, and reports for clients and governmental agencies

• Supervise and mentor junior surveyors and provide guidance to field staff

• Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) with 5+ years of experience

• Expertise in boundary surveys, topographic surveys , and ALTA/NSPS surveys

• Proficiency with surveying software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, etc.)

• Strong understanding of local, state, and federal survey regulations

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
