Lead HVAC Installer | $35.00 - $42.00 per hour
This position is 90% residential retrofit and 10% light commercial, primary retrofit/changeout installs with some new construction.

Job Title: Lead HVAC Installer
Work Hours: 7:30am to 4:30pm
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime
Pay: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour, depending on experience + Spiffs

What you will be doing:
- Installing residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Working in residential homes and small commercial businesses, work will be in attics, under the houses, outside / inside, and on rooftops
- 90% retrofit / change out & 10% new construction
- Installing gas & electric furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini splits, RTU's etc.
- Supervising the work of other installers maintaining high-quality and timely job performance
- Gas piping for Generators & HVAC
- Heavy lifting of equipment - 100lbs overhead with assistance
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license & insurable driving record
- 3 + years HVAC Installation experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- Lead install experience
- Able to train new installers
- NATE Certifications or obtain once employed
- Experienced with gas piping - hard pipe and flex
- Proficient understanding of installing and troubleshooting a variety of HVAC equipment
- Proficient in HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork
- Good understanding of all HVAC low voltage systems
- Experienced with running, brazing, and testing line sets
- Knowledge of and ability to follow city and county installation codes
- Good customer relation skills
