Key responsibilities include following build plans, installing accessories, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues, and ensuring high-quality craftsmanship.Job Description Details:- Assembly: Following detailed assembly instructions and utilizing tools to accurately assemble golf cart components.- Customization: Installing custom parts, accessories, and modifications, including electrical wiring, lighting, and audio systems.- Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues, ensuring carts operate efficiently and safely.- Quality Control: Inspecting parts and components for quality and accuracy, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship.- Maintenance: Performing regular maintenance tasks, including tire changes, battery work, and general upkeep of the carts.- Cleanliness: Maintaining a clean and organized work area.Skills and Qualifications:- Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge.- Ability to read and follow detailed instructions and plans.- Strong attention to detail.- Experience with hand and power tools.Example Duties:- Tear down carts and reassemble.- Installing or removing tires, windshields, seats, and other accessories.- Repairing or replacing defective parts.- Rewiring electrical systems and installing electrical components.- Testing, recharging, or replacing batteries.- Lubricating moving parts and adjusting brakes and belts.
