The ideal candidate will have experience in MIG welding, reading blueprints, and working with a variety of metal materials. This role involves the construction, repair, and assembly of metal components using Metal Inert Gas (MIG) welding techniques in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.: {data-start="382" end="758"}### **Key Responsibilities:**- Perform MIG welding on steel, aluminum, and/or stainless steel parts.- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.- Measure and cut materials to specified dimensions using hand or power tools.- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality, making adjustments as necessary.- Operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently.- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety standards.- Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).- Assist in other shop duties as needed, including grinding, fitting, or assembly work.:
