Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Residential Framer with proven experience in wood framing for single-family and multi-family homes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to interpret blueprints and construction plans to complete framing work with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Construct, erect, install, and repair residential structures using wood and other materials

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

• Measure, cut, and assemble lumber and other materials accurately

• Build walls, floors, roofs, and other framing components

• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively

• Ensure work is completed to code and project specifications

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Collaborate with site supervisors and other trades as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of residential framing experience

• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

• Skilled in using framing tools and equipment

• Strong understanding of construction math and layout

• Reliable transportation to and from job sites

• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in varying weather conditions
