achieve energy-efficient building solutions, save global environments,

this role, you will have overall responsibility for the creation of cost
estimates for facility designs. Within this role, you will prepare
conceptual estimates from scope documents and benchmarking data, will
interpret construction documents, and translate graphic and written
information into understandable cost estimate figures and language.
Expertise of our most successful Estimator: 5+ years of experience and
knowledge of construction materials, practices, methodologies and
components for construction of engineered building systems with an
emphasis on MEP systems. Strong working knowledge of RS Means and On
Center or other estimating tools. Ability to do conceptual estimating.
Mechanical estimating experience. Fundamental knowledge of building
construction systems and methods. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Effective skills to help you flourish: Ability to work in a team
environment across all levels of the organization. Associates degree in
related field or equivalent Excellent verbal and written communication
skills. Quick technical comprehension and motivation focused on client
outcomes. Ability to juggle multiple demands Excellent organizational
skills and flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities and deadlines
