Responsibilities of this position include
Cut, assemble, and install pipes and tubes with attention to detail
Install and maintain water supply systems
Locate and repair issues with water supply lines
Repair or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets, etc
Install and maintain gas and liquid heating systems
Document all repairs and modifications
Upkeep and maintenance of equipment
Identify and fix potential safety hazards to avoid injuries
Complete work orders assigned by the department manager
Other department tasks as assigned
Job Requirements include
Residential and commercial experience
Valid plumber's license
Valid driver's license
Thorough knowledge of plumbing system maintenance and repairs
