In this role, you will oversee the installation of plumbing in commercial environments.You are a licensed Plumber with a commitment to quality in all the work you do. A team player who is comfortable working together with employees from Modern ot other trades and managing materials, the job site and communication with GC's/CM's. A positive attitude is a must! AA/EOE**Responsibilities**- Professionally interact with customers, other trades and clearly communicate work orders and statuses.- Communicate with GC's/CM's daily including job specific forms and safety items and Project Manager.- Manage job site material, orders, employee tasks, forms, etc.- Plan the layout of HVAC piping, using drawings- Assemble pipe sections, tubing, or fittings, using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, soldering, brazing, or welding equipment- Install pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances such as dishwashers or water heaters, or fixtures such as sinks and toilets, using hand or power tools- Perform maintenance of water supply systems- Install and maintain gas and liquid heating systems**Qualifications**- Valid CT Plumbing License P1, P2- Minimum 5 year of professional experience- Valid CT Drivers License with a clean driving record- Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment- Vast Knowledge of Plumbing Codes**Benefits/Perks**- Competitive Starting Salary based on Experience- Paid Vacation- Paid Holidays- Medical / Dental/ Vision Insurance available- 401k Plans- Overtime Availability
