We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with hand tools, power tools, and HVAC systems. This role involves cleaning, maintaining, and repairing the manufacturing facility. General facility maintenance/general labor. The individual will be responsible to dissembling various parts of the HVAC Systems. Perform regular inspections and maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues as they arise. Fabricate parts or components as needed to support maintenance tasks. Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns or requests from staff regarding facility issues. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs made and parts used. Collaborate with other team members to enhance overall facility operations. Essential Skills Facility Maintenance Proficiency with hand and power tools. Experience with HVAC systems is a plus. Ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks. Experience in a warehouse/manufacturing setting.
