Position Highlights:

• Lead and work alongside a team of dedicated professionals on construction, repair, and remodeling projects, including deck builds and repairs.
• Competitive pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour, based on experience and leadership ability.

Responsibilities:

• Perform and oversee a wide range of tasks, including framing, drywall, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and installations.
• Manage day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.
• Solve problems and make decisions to keep projects running smoothly.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure satisfaction and build trust.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized worksite.

Ideal Candidate:

• Skilled in multiple trades with several years of hands-on experience in home repair or construction.
• Proven ability to manage a team, delegate tasks, and maintain project efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation:

• $27.00 - $32.00 per hour, based on experience and skills.
