CAD Drafter/Designer

Job Description

Position : CAD Drafter/Designer

Reports to : Engineering Manager

Education : Minimum - associates degree in drafting design

Experience : Minimum - 5 years of CAD experience and familiarity with AutoCad; Microstation experience is also preferred.

Status : Hourly, exempt

Job Summary:

The position of CAD Drafter/Designer entails working with engineers and project managers to prepare engineering drawings, generate design documents from sketches and/or marked-up drawings using AutoCAD, or any other applicable software for projects assigned.

Knowledge/Skills Required:

Knowledge of basic drafting skill and methods using AUTOCAD
