What You’ll Be Doing:
Manage land development projects from initial design to final approval.
Lead a rockstar team and collaborate with clients to deliver top-tier results.
Handle budgets, timelines, and all the technical aspects with precision and leadership.
Mentor junior team members and develop your own skills to take on bigger challenges.
What You Need:
3–5+ years of experience in land development.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D (this is a must!).
Michigan P.E. preferred (or in progress).
A passion for leadership , team success, and personal growth.
The ability to juggle multiple projects and deliver results that wow clients.
