General Laborer Job Description The General Laborer will be responsible for utilizing handheld bar scanners and RF scanners to ensure safe and effective handling of materials. You will operate pallet jacks and drum dollies for managing containerized waste, collect and analyze waste samples, and ensure the proper storage of waste containers. Additionally, you will be responsible for placing and generating barcodes on containers. Responsibilities Use handheld bar scanners and RF scanners for accurate recording. Operate pallet jacks and drum dollies for containerized waste handling. Collect and analyze waste samples. Store waste containers properly. Place and generate barcodes on containers. Essential Skills 1-4 years of experience working as a general laborer or material handler. Experience in packing, loading, and checking inbound trucks for materials/waste. Ability to use a pallet jack, drum dolly, hand tools, and forklift. Proficiency in using RF scanners. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to use hand tools and scanners.
