What We're Looking For: You must be skilled in most or all of the following: Roofing Siding Decks Masonry Framing Windows & Doors You MUST: Have at least 3+ years of hands-on construction experience Be dependable and show up on time every day Work well with a crew, take direction, and communicate clearly Be solution-oriented and able to think on your feet Have your own basic hand tools and reliable transportation Provide TWO valid forms of U.S. ID Do NOT Apply If: You don't have real, on-site experience You bounce from job to job You're late, lazy, or don't take pride in your work Work Location: Jobs throughout the local area.
