Position Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team. You'll be a key part of ensuring our projects run smoothly by supporting our Project Managers, Superintendents, and subcontractors. This is a full-time, in-office position located in Sturgeon Bay. Key Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming calls Contact and follow up with subcontractors for project bids Organize and manage incoming bids and documentation Serve as a point of contact for subcontractors with project-related questions Print and maintain up-to-date plans and revisions Maintain and organize project paperwork, contracts, and files Add new subcontractors to the company database Order office supplies and manage mail Provide support to Superintendents as needed (e.g., sending plans, contact lookup) Coordinate services and rentals such as porta potties, dumpsters, and equipment Assist with issuing purchase orders, contracts, and creating job binders Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and phone etiquette Computer literate and able to learn new systems Capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks Why Join BDH?
