We are currently seeking candidates for two key roles within our technology implementation team that supports large-scale retail clients across the country.
1. Project Coordinator (Non-Technical Role)
Overview: As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of technology installation projects in retail environments. This is a non-technical position focused on logistics, scheduling, and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Coordinate all aspects of installation projects, including materials, equipment, and personnel.
+ Ensure that all necessary components (e.g., cables, devices, ladders, lift trucks) are on-site and ready when needed.
+ Communicate with technicians and vendors to confirm schedules and resolve any issues.
+ Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
+ Take ownership of each project to ensure timely and successful completion.
Ideal Candidate:
+ Highly organized and detail-oriented.
+ Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.

2. Technical Support Specialist (Technical Role)
Overview: The Technical Support Specialist provides remote troubleshooting and post-installation support for technology systems deployed in retail locations.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to installed devices and connectivity.
+ Provide support for hardware such as kiosks, TVs, point-of-sale systems, cameras, routers, switches, and digital displays.
+ Collaborate with field technicians and internal teams to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
Ideal Candidate:
+ Experience with troubleshooting routers, switches, and other networked devices.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
