Project Manager (Land Development)

Salary: $90-115K

What your future day will look like:

• Pre-project research site analysis, feasibility studies, risk assessments
• Aid in the permitting process
• Help with developing site plans and aligning with zoning regulations
• Bid analysis and onboarding selected contractors, managing as projects progress
• Track project timeline and budgets
• Reporting of project progress to stakeholders
• Resolve any problems that arise as projects progress

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• 5+ years in a project manager role
• Experience in land or lot development
• Knowledge of the permitting, zoning, and entitlement process
• Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience
