What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and manage complex land development projects from concept through completion

  • Collaborate with land development and redevelopment clients to develop innovative site solutions

  • Direct and mentor a team of civil engineers and designers

  • Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and to the highest standards

  • Drive sustainable and efficient design practices that support community development



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

  • Minimum of 10 years of civil engineering experience with a focus in land development

  • Professional Engineering (PE) license in Souh Carolina

  • Proven ability to lead project teams and manage client relationships

  • Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills
