We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our growing team! What You'll Do: Create high-quality TIG welds based on blueprints and weld symbols Perform inspections to ensure welds meet accuracy and quality standards Prepare components for welding by grinding, drilling, milling, tapping, and cutting steel/aluminum parts Change welding wire and gas tanks as needed Ensure proper setup, use, and maintenance of all welding equipment and safety devices Conduct first article and in-process inspections Accurately log time and work performed in the time and attendance system Collaborate across departments and assist with other tasks as needed What We're Looking For: Minimum 1 year of experience or formal training in TIG welding Must pass a TIG welding skills test Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job orders Proficiency with measuring tools such as calipers and tape measures Basic computer skills for data entry Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Willingness to work overtime as required Apply Today!
