Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Civil Engineer - Site/Land Development position include: Must have a PE license in Tennessee and a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering 6-10 years of civil site design experience in commercial, residential, or institutional projects Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D; knowledge of Bentley Pondpack, StormCAD, Hydraflow, GeoHECRAS, or XPSWMM highly desirable Lead design work, project management, and client communications across multiple simultaneous projects Prepare and review reports, studies, plans, specs, and cost estimates Conduct site visits and coordinate with junior staff to ensure high-quality deliverables Participate in proposal preparation and contribute to business development efforts Entrepreneurial mindset with potential to build and lead a team in a growing geographic market Salary: $80,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Civil Engineer - Site/Land Development position include:

Must have a PE license in Tennessee and a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

6-10 years of civil site design experience in commercial, residential, or institutional projects
