A leading MEP firm seeks a detail-oriented Contract Administrator to manage contracts and ensure compliance for MEP projects. This role will oversee contract documentation, coordinate with project teams, and support financial and legal aspects of project delivery, ensuring seamless execution.
ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and change orders for MEP projects, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
Maintain contract records, track deliverables, and monitor project milestones to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve contract disputes and clarify scope requirements.
Prepare and process payment applications, invoices, and lien waivers in collaboration with accounting teams.
Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
Support risk management by identifying potential contractual issues and proposing solutions.
Bachelors degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
3+ years of experience in contract administration, preferably in MEP or construction industries.
Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong understanding of construction contracts, lien laws, and project financial processes.
Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills, with keen attention to detail.
