Process Safety Manager New Century, KS

The Process Safety Manager in New Century, KS- supports specific project needs by ensuring best practices are implemented, safety compliance requirements are met, and enhance a culture of safety.

• Provide technical support and make improvements to operations through process troubleshooting and optimization of manufacturing units
• Support plant Process Safety Management systems; coordinate PSM audits and ensure compliance
• Coordinate PSM field activities through Process Unit PSM leaders and participate in Process hazard analysis (PHA)
• Track PHA compliance, lead reviews, and manage Process Hazard Analysis reporting

• Minimum 7 years direct construction safety experience required
• Degree in a safety related field preferred
• OSHA 510 and or 500 a plus
• CHST or CSP preferred
• Advance knowledge of construction safety standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills
