You'll support projects from concept through production, with responsibility for detailed circuit design, schematic capture, board layout support, and hardware validation. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including software, mechanical, and systems engineering. **Key Responsibilities:** + Design, analyze, and develop analog and digital electronic circuits + Perform schematic capture and collaborate on PCB layout and routing + Validate and troubleshoot hardware prototypes in lab environments + Define and execute hardware verification and test plans + Interface with systems engineering to ensure requirements traceability + Contribute to hardware design documentation and support design reviews + Support transition from prototype to production, including DFM/DFT considerations **What You'll Bring:** + Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline + 5+ years of experience in hardware design for embedded systems or similar applications + Strong understanding of digital/analog circuit design, power systems, and signal integrity + Proficiency in tools like Altium, Mentor Graphics, or similar for schematic/layout work + Experience with lab equipment: oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, function generators, etc. + Bonus: Experience with aerospace, defense, or other high-reliability systemsManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
