With up to 6 months of paid training, we'll help you build the skills you need to succeed and grow. What You'll Learn and Do: Set up and operate cold heading or threading machines. Inspect parts and verify measurements using precision tools. Read and interpret blueprints to ensure quality standards. Maintain tools and oversee machine operations from start to finish. Support production goals and on-time delivery. What You Bring: 1+ years of experience in cold heading or roll threading (preferred, not required for apprentices). Familiarity with micrometers, calipers, and gauges. Comfortable using hand and power tools. Strong attention to detail and basic math skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 100 lbs). A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-first mindset. Why Join Us?
