Qualifications and responsibilities for this Business Developer / Estimator - Commercial Construction position include: Demonstrated track record in business development, specializing in fostering growth and securing new business opportunities for small enterprises Proficient in estimating, with a strong understanding of current subcontractor rates to ensure accurate and competitive pricing evaluations Strong network and presence within the Texas construction market Ability to secure new commercial construction projects including tilt-wall, retail, warehouse, and site development Identify and pursue trade-level scopes such as structural steel, concrete, earthwork, and utilities Maintain and grow relationships with general contractors, developers, and trade partners Assist with conceptual estimates and early pricing strategies Work across delivery models including GC contracts and subcontractor scopes Collaborate with internal operations and estimating teams to align on project goals Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
