Licensed Electrician

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Licensed Journeyman Electricians for projects located in Addison, TX . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Work from diagrams and schematics
• Wire instruments to prepare site for automation system, design and programming
• Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble and install electrical conduit
• Install tubing for instruments
• Pull wiring through conduit and label appropriately
• Connect wiring to controllers and instruments
• Assist with testing continuity of circuits to ensure electrical compatibility and safety components with testing instruments such as; multimeter, volt, amp, and ohmmeters
• Mount instruments and PLC's in panels using a variety of hand tools
• Observe functioning of installed equipment or system to detect hazards and need for adjustments, relocation and/or replacement
• Assist in testing, troubleshooting and repairing wiring and connections

• OSHA 10 Certification
• Must have JM Electricians License
• Must have experience with 555, bender, power pony and 535a threader
• OSHA 10 or 30 Certification
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
