Are you an experienced Body Paint Specialist or Apprentice tired of flat rate? Wouldn’t you like to work on brand new cars for a change? Do you appreciate quality work over speed? Wallenius Wilhelmsen is hiring a Auto Paint Specialist !

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Under the direction of the Body Shop Manager:

• Perform expert paint and refinishing work on vehicles with collision damage, surface defects, or paint imperfections
• Identify and correct paint flaws such as scratches, blemishes, and mismatched finishes
• Paint vehicle parts for accessory installations with consistent, high-quality results
• Thoroughly prepare damaged surfaces for paint by sanding, masking, and priming
• Ensure all refinishing meets or exceeds company quality and appearance standards
• Meet production targets while maintaining high attention to detail
• Follow all safety guidelines, especially in paint mixing and ventilation areas

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Proven experience in automotive painting and refinishing, especially on damaged or flawed vehicle surfaces
• Strong ability to mix, match, and blend paint for seamless finishes
• Proficiency in operating paint guns, booths, and related equipment
• Certification in the use of protective respiratory equipment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
