Cascade Fence and Deck has been building high-quality outdoor living spaces since 1997. With our second location in Lacey now going strong, we're on a mission to grow and scale this branch - and we're looking for driven, experienced people to come help make it happen.

Position Overview

We're hiring a full time Project Manager who's ready to take ownership of deck and fence projects from sale to completion. This is a high-growth potential role with the opportunity to step into an Operations Manager position if you can come in and prove it. We're looking for someone with a construction background, project coordination experience, and the ambition to grow with a fun company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage 5-10 projects at a time, from a signed contract through completion
• Coordinate with clients, crews, and internal teams to keep jobs on schedule and profitable
• Schedule crews and subcontractors efficiently to meet revenue goals
• Confidently solve problems as they arise - quickly and effectively
• Deliver an 5-star customer experience at every step
• Ability to hang on in a fast paced (some would say chaotic) environment
