Preferred Qualifications:
Own basic hand tools and a tool bag.
Experience working with your hands or in a construction/painting environment is a plus, but not required.

Onboarding & Training:
All new apprentices go through a structured onboarding process, including official training videos from the Painting Contractors Association (PCA). Youll learn the foundations of professional painting, safety standards, and job site conduct.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Pressure washing
Scraping and sanding surfaces
Caulking and priming
Painting and staining (interior/exterior)
Working on ladders and learning proper safety techniques
Maintaining a clean and organized job site
Supporting the lead painters and crew as needed

This Is a Fast-Paced Learning Environment.
