TIG Welder/Fabricator

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented TIG Welder for a client in Phoenix, Arizona. The client manufactures custom heat exchanger coils, fluid coolers, and remote air-cooled condensers for OEM and replacement markets.

As a TIG Welder, you will work primarily with stainless steel and galvanized materials, ensuring high-quality welds that meet our specifications and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform TIG welding on stainless steel and galvanized materials according to project specifications.

• Follow welding instructions, blueprints, and other technical guidance to ensure accurate welds.

• Conduct visual inspections of welds to ensure quality and consistency.

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines and company policies.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years experience in TIG welding, particularly with stainless steel and galvanized materials.

• Ability to pass a tape measure test.

• Successful completion of a welding test to demonstrate skill and accuracy.

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

• Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Job Title: Entry-Level TIG Welder- 1st Shift

Pay Rate: $22-$24/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:30AM-2:00PM (must be available some Saturdays)

Location: Phoenix, Arizona
