Hiring Project Architect

Intended candidate would be interested in growing with our small firm on projects ranging from restaurants and small retail to multifamily residential types in the Long Beach area. We pride ourselves on helping to shape the city we live and work in and this for us means utilizing clever design solutions within limited construction budgets.

We very intentionally operate as a collaborative studio which is made possible by our small size and integrated design / construction processes in which staff is able to work on a great variety of projects and have hands on experience from client interactions through in-field construction coordination.

We would like to hire one or more persons who share our vision and who have 1 - 3 years experience as a Revit Draftsman working on residential or commercial projects.

We are a small firm with big ideas and for the right candidate we offer authorship as an integral part of this rapidly growing firm.

Incentives include:

3 weeks annually paid vacation

Must have:

A minimum of 1 year professional Revit experience

Helpful if also has:

Experience in code analysis and entitlement processes.
