Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring alignment with product development timelines. Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate service requirements into product designs. Facilitate design review meetings and communicate project status to stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement in project management and product development processes. Skills Proven track record in project management within field service or service operations. Experience with complex capital equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and software components. Strong ability to influence product development and promote serviceability and maintenance values. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Autonomous thinker with innovative problem-solving abilities. Preferred Skills Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus. Experience in regulated environments, particularly with medical device regulations. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
