Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical Superintendent position include: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent or Field Engineer overseeing large-scale construction projects Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience (10+ years hands-on may be considered) Manage electrical systems installation, including power distribution, lighting, and low-voltage systems Supervise and coordinate electrical subcontractors to meet project milestones and stay within budget Enforce site safety compliance with OSHA and company safety standards Review and analyze construction and electrical drawings for accuracy and feasibility Maintain project reports, track progress, and manage change orders for electrical scope Coordinate electrical materials, inventory, and delivery to avoid project delays Salary: $70,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
