Chief Estimator

Compensation & Job Details: 6 month contract to hire $70/hr - $97/hr exact rate is based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law. Required Experience: 15+ years of experience in Construction Estimation Experience on projects ranging in size from 100-300 million Experience on multifamily residential construction projects Bachelor's degree in Construction or engineering Value Engineering Construction estimation experience specific to projects in NJ Job Description: Our large construction company is currently hiring for a Chief Estimator to join their team in Piscataway, NJ. This individual should have 15+ years of experience working within the construction industry as an Estimator on project sizes ranging from 100-300 million. Specific experience working within multifamily residential or data center construction is required. This individual will be responsible for carrying meetings, working directly with architects and owners, pricing up projects and handling value engineering aspects for the estimations. Bachelor's Degree in Construction is required. This role is full time on site.
