I Need Training From Pro Venetian Plaster Artisan

I NEED TRAINING FROM PRO VENETIAN PLASTER ARTISAN (ARCADIA, CA) image 1 of 2 compensation: Generous compensation to qualified individuals I would like to find a local individual with lots of practical experience with traditional Venetian Plaster and Lime Wash techniques. I want to learn how to do Grassello, Marmarino Fine, Marmarino Medium and Marmarino Course finishes.Also I am interested in Lime Wah, Seta, Lava and Travertino finishes. I am having difficulty finding these products locally in the San Gabriel Valley. I also need help selecting and buying the correct trowels for application. Hopefully you may have trained with someone from Italy or Europe as thats supposed to be where the technique came from . You also might have a background in plastering like creating a type 5 finish on walls. I am finding out that there just arent the many people in LA that know about this subject and I need a hands on coach or training. I have invested in some online courses taht are pretty good but there is just no substitute for someone standing right at your side showing you the skill. I have a background in construction and have 2 Calif Contractors licenses one of which is the General B license in good standing. I am burnt out on regular contracting (mostly plumbing) and want to explore a field where hopefully there is not so much competition as it seems Venetian Plastering has not really caught on in California. I would also be interested in partneing with some one who knows the skill on actual jobs that can help me with the work, set up scafolding and estimate the job cost accurately with a competitive price with profit. I am patient , reliable and easy to get along with. I also have a strong work etchic. I know that plastering all day is not easy but at my age , I cannot crawel under houses and attics much longer. i need to start working standing up.lol. I am a home owner in 626 area code and have plenty of room to practice. I really want to create some sample boards to show potential clients. I am also ready to lanch a Venetian Plaster specific website. I fully understand I can save tons of time and money if I find the right person that can be a consultant and train me up. I know someone experinced will expect to receive compensation for their hard won experince and of coursde I intend to pay them for that.
