Handyman

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of repair, maintenance, and improvement tasks for residential and commercial properties. Key Responsibilities: Perform general repairs, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and drywall work. Install, troubleshoot, and maintain fixtures, appliances, and hardware. Identify issues and recommend cost-effective solutions. Complete work orders efficiently and ensure quality craftsmanship. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety procedures. Communicate with clients or supervisors about project updates and needs. Requirements: Previous handyman, maintenance, or construction experience required. Proficiency in multiple trades such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Reliable attendance is essential this role is crucial to daily operations. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. Work Schedule & Compensation: Full-time position with competitive pay based on experience. Flexible schedule with occasional weekend or holiday work as needed .
