ProBuilt Hawaii is looking for highly skilled residential Lead Gutter Installers and Gutter Installers to join our growing team in Hawaii. Our rain gutter division installs traditional seamless K-style gutters in copper and aluminium, and our projects range from multi-million-dollar large-scale commercial properties to multifamily buildings to residential roof replacements.

LEAD GUTTER INSTALLERS & GUTTER INSTALLERS:
Position Type: Full-Time (W-2)
Pay: 80k - 115k+ (based on experience and position)

Requirements (Must-Haves)

Lead Gutter Installers: Must have 2+ years recent experience working as a Lead Gutter Installer for a residential roofing contractor.
Gutter Installers: Must have 2+ years recent experience working as a Gutter Installer in residential roofing.
Must be a detail-oriented professional with natural leadership qualities and a driven, motivated personality
Ability to manage and motivate employees and to build and develop productive working relationships with personnel
Must have a valid drivers license
Must be a U.S. citizen or have a valid work visa
In-depth knowledge of traditional seamless K-style gutter installation. Experience with copper is a plus, but not required
Knowledge to inspect and ensure attention to detail and quality, and to identify, correct, and report unsafe conditions according to company standards
Excellent listening skills
Maintain professional and technical knowledge
Physically fit: Able to lift/carry 80+ lbs and work on ladders/roofs
Must take pride in clean, code-compliant work with a good team attitude
Stable work history and clean criminal background, including no recent DUI convictions
Must be able to routinely pass drug tests
Proficient English speaker is a plus, but not required
