Field Engineer

Insight Global is looking for a Field Engineer for an industry-leading international renewable energy company. This individual will be responsible for reviewing and responding to site-related RFIs, cost tracking and budgeting, reading drawings, ordering materials and equipment, developing proposals and submittals, and understanding quantity take-off in Bluebeam for all their fuel cell projects. The right candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in construction, working on infrastructure, vertical buildings or data centers. This individual will be traveling 50% of the time, in Southern California from Simi Valley to San Diego. This opportunity will be onsite 4 days a week in Irvine, CA.

Bilingual in English and Spanish
FE License
BA Degree in Engineering - Electrical or Civil or Mechanical
2-4 years working in construction -industrial infrastructure, vertical buildings, or data centers is preferred
Experience with quantity take-off in Bluebeam
Oversees all the T&M activities
Eager to grow within the company and have interest in becoming an estimator
