CCS Construction Staffing is seeking skilled HVAC Sheet Metal Mechanics and motivated Top Helpers for a new commercial project in Houston, TX. We're working with one of the most reputable mechanical contractors in the region and looking to build a dependable, high-performing crew for long-term success.

Job Requirements:

Mechanics:

• 3+ years of HVAC duct install experience in commercial construction

• Proficient in hanging and securing spiral and rectangular duct systems

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and layout drawings

• Must have all hand tools, power tools, and PPE

Top Helpers:

• 2+ years of experience assisting with duct installation or similar field work

• Eagerness to learn and grow into more responsibility

• Strong attitude, work ethic, and willingness to follow direction

• Must bring basic tools and PPE
