Superintendent

A top construction firm in the area is looking for a Superintendent with expertise in Life Sci projects!

Description

• Oversee daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve field issues and maintain progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports, inspections, and schedules.
• Monitor installation of specialized systems (e.g., HVAC, process piping, clean utilities) to ensure alignment with project requirements.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction supervision, preferably in life sciences or high-tech environments.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, safety protocols, and technical systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $72.00/hr.
