SUPERINTENDENT - COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION

A leading Boston area general contractor, specializing in Construction Management, Design/Build, and General Contracting, is looking for an experienced Superintendent to manage on-site construction activities and oversee field personnel. Projects are local to the area and travel is not required.

• Coordinate and supervise all construction activities.
• Direct all field personnel to achieve timely project completion.
• Maintain clear, daily communication with Project Managers and administrative staff.
• Develop and update project schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Assess field personnel and crew performance.
• Complete daily site reports and timesheets.
• Attend scheduled on-site and off-site meetings.
• Promote and enforce safety practices.

• 5+ years in the construction industry, with at least 2 years as a lead Superintendent.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Proficiency in blueprint and contract document review.
• Experience with construction-related software is a plus.
• Strong team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
