Assistant Superintendent

Looking for an assistant superintendent in Buffalo Your new company Our client is an established General Contractor that completes interior fit-outs and renovations for clients in New York for building owners and corporate clients across the following sectors: finance, retail, insurance, real estate, and law. Your new role As Assistant Superintendent, the primary function of your role is the planning, coordinating and leading the work activities of employees and subcontractors. Under the direction of the Superintendent, the role will also involve reviewing drawings and specifications, assisting with Safety and Quality programs, implementation of project-wide housekeeping procedures, assisting with the preparation of daily Superintendent reports and reviewing budgets and scopes with Project Managers and Superintendents. What you'll need to succeed 1-2 years of construction field experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of safety procedures Experienced at managing projects utilizing Project Management Software (Procore specifically) College degree in construction-related field advantageous What you'll get in return In addition to competitive base salaries and bonuses, benefits include 100% medical coverage and 401k.
