Lead Carpenter

We are a building and remodeling company looking for a highly skilled lead carpenter. Only those committed to high quality work need apply. We do many types of jobs: kitchen/bath remodeling, additions and new construction, decks/porches, window/door installation, cabinetry and installation, architectural trim /structural changes, and energy efficient retrofits and repairs.

Job duties include:

Responsibility for planning, organizing and implementing work on a daily basis with the support of the crew and management team
Coordination with subcontractors
Management of materials and tools
Achievement of daily and weekly production goals

Qualifications and Skills:

5 years field experience with some experience as a lead carpenter.

Must be able to build from architectural plans
Wood framing: including stairs and roofs
Exterior finish: window and door installation, house wrap, window flashing, waterproofing, siding, trim, soffit, fascia, painting
Interior finish: drywall hanging and finishing, painting, interior trim, wood flooring and finishing, tile floors and showers, built ins, cabinet installation
Interior trim: door hanging, crown molding, cabinet installation, casings, base board and general woodworking skills
Must be able to keep a clean and organized job site.
Excellent communication skills
Basic computer literacy
Must have tools, reliable truck, and valid driver's license
