Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Survey Drafter with experience in land surveying and CADD drafting. This role involves drafting topographical surveys, property boundaries, and construction layouts using AutoCAD and Civil 3D. The ideal candidate will be proficient in AutoCAD, have experience in survey drafting, and possess strong coordination skills.

Responsibilities

  • Draft topographical surveys, property boundaries, and construction layouts using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
  • Download and upload survey data into AutoCAD.
  • Research land records.
  • Coordinate with engineers and project teams.

Essential Skills

  • 1+ years of experience in land surveying or CADD drafting.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Experience drafting topographical surveys, property boundaries, and construction layouts.
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
