We value precision, integrity, and craftsmanship, and we are committed to fostering a culture that empowers our employees to thrive in a supportive and innovative environment.What Youll Be DoingCreate accurate, field-coordinated piping and sheet metal drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or other BIM software.Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and submittals to produce constructible layouts.Collaborate with foremen, project managers, and estimators to coordinate design details and resolve conflicts.Assist with prefabrication and layout drawings to support shop production and field installs.Participate in coordination meetings with GC and other trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, structural).Update as-built drawings and drawing revisions during the course of the project.Maintain drawing standards and organize digital files across multiple projects.We have a rigorous process for hiring but move FAST for the right person.
