Concrete Form Carpenter
Location: Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex
Pay: $25-$28/hr depending on experience
Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled Concrete Form Carpenters to join our construction team in the DFW area. The ideal candidate will have experience in building and assembling concrete forms, reading blueprints, and working with various materials to create structures such as foundations, walls, slabs, and columns.
Key Responsibilities:
Interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans to ensure accurate formwork construction.
Measure, cut, and assemble wood, plywood, or metal forms for pouring concrete.
Install formwork for concrete foundations, walls, slabs, columns, and other structures.
Ensure proper alignment and stability of forms before pouring concrete.
Work closely with foremen and other construction professionals to meet project deadlines.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment, following all safety regulations.
Dismantle and remove forms after concrete has set, ensuring materials can be reused.
Qualifications & Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience in concrete form carpentry or general carpentry.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
Strong understanding of job site safety and regulations.
Physical stamina and manual dexterity to handle tools and materials.
