We are looking for an experienced Drafter on behalf of our client. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled drafter to take on a crucial role within an innovative and growing company that has been recognized for delivering high-quality projects.

Schedule : Monday-Friday 7 am to 4 pm

Compensation: $52,000- $62,400 DOE

What will you do as a Mechanical Drafter:

Provide support to the design process through preparation of complete, accurate working plans, charts, and scale drawings for complex projects, integrating skilled architectural/engineering drafting methods and procedures using AutoCAD and Bluebeam software. Collaborate with the engineering team.

Drafter Top responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
• Create, manage and or maintain systems
• Create detailed CAD working plans, charts and scale drawings for complex projects and conceptual designs.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and project teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of all drawings.
• Utilize and apply redline procedures adhering to company policies.
• Manage multiple drafting projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.
• Coordinate and update project managers to align drawings with project timelines and objectives.

Drafter Skills and Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Drafter
• Associates Degree in Drafting or higher education
• Must have a mentorship mindset
• Strong communication skills verbal and written
• Must be Decisive and Self-starter
• Must have Integrity and Accountability
• EXPERT user of AutoCAD
• Bluebeam experience preferred
