Job Description

We are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator who excels in setups and modeling, and is adept at liaising with an architect's BIM team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and ICT, and demonstrate proficiency in Revit and BIM. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely or from one of our offices located in Arvada, Colorado; Colorado Springs, Colorado; St. Petersburg, Florida; or Melbourne, Florida.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage BIM setups and modeling processes.
  • Liaise effectively with an architect's BIM team.
  • Participate in major data center projects, ensuring seamless integration and efficient modeling.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to streamline modeling practices.
  • Adapt to remote work settings, demonstrating self-sufficiency and reliability.
Essential Skills
  • Proficiency in Revit and BIM with at least 5 years of experience.
  • Experience in drafting or designing for commercial projects.
  • Knowledge in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems.
  • Understanding of electrical circuiting or mechanical duct work.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with AutoCAD is a plus.
  • Background in electrical, ICT, mechanical, or plumbing is advantageous.
  • Capability to work independently, especially when remote.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $40.00/hr.
